First post!

Hello and welcome to my blog!

I've been following crafting blogs for about four years and I've decided that it was about time I started one of my own.  I also want to take part in The Craft Barn's alpha/dictionary challenge and, as the preferred way of entering is via a blog, it was just the prompt I needed!

Here goes!

My first blog is my first entry to the alpha/dictionary challenge, featuring the letter B.  Butterflies, bows, buttons - what a choice I had.  I love butterflies and have lots of beautiful dies as well as a couple of stamps.  But just as I was planning my butterfly tag, I stumbled across some pretty buckle dies from Spellbinders, and my bag of scraps and so buckle it was.

The entry needed to feature the required letter as well as a dictionary definition for the chosen word.  Thank goodness for the book section of charity shops!
